We work with local businesses of all kinds, from coffee shops and restaurants to hotels, wellness brands and artists, especially those who already offer merch or want help creating it.
What does it cost to join?
There’s no upfront cost. We offer both free and premium listing options, and take a commission only when you make a sale. If you're interested in design or production support, we offer those services separately.
Do I need to have merchandise already?
Not at all. We love collaborating with businesses who want to create merch from scratch. Whether it’s your first tee or a full product line, we can help bring it to life.
How does the platform work?
We list your merch, help promote it, and either link out to your site for purchase or help handle transactions directly. Everything is designed to drive visibility, credibility, and sales for your brand.
Who handles fulfillment and shipping?
If you already have a fulfillment partner you may continue using them. If you need this covered on your behalf to streamline your operations, we have you covered with our own 3PL facilities around the country.
How are products curated and approved?
We look for originality, brand story, and alignment with the community-driven, creative values of Heritage Haus Studio. Our goal is to elevate, not overload, so we keep the experience intentionally curated.
Will I be locked into an exclusive agreement?
Nope. We want this to be a collaborative, flexible relationship. You’re free to sell elsewhere, and we’re here to amplify what you’re already doing, not restrict it.
